App versus browser: what works best
Our Android APK is a native app, which means faster loading, offline caching of your bet slip and game library, and push notifications for promotional alerts and live updates. When you close the app and reopen it, it remembers your position. The iOS browser version—a progressive web app (PWA)—is nearly as fast but lives inside Safari. Both have offline fallback: if your mobile data cuts out for a few seconds, you can still scroll your account history or recent bets. An installed APK on Android also lets you lock anakpion behind your fingerprint or PIN, adding a layer of account security beyond your password.
Device compatibility and minimum requirements
We support Android 7.0 and later on phones and tablets. For iOS, Safari on iOS 12 and later runs anakpion without any additional app download. If your device is older—say, an Android 6 phone you inherited—anakpion will not run; we recommend upgrading to Android 7 or newer, or switching to any iOS device. Screen size does not matter; our interface scales from small phone screens (5") to large tablets (10"+).
Troubleshooting installation issues
If your Android download fails, check that you have storage space (at least 50 MB free) and that "Install from unknown sources" is enabled in your phone's security settings—find this in Settings > Apps > Special app access on most Android devices. Some Android versions block APK installs by default; a quick toggle unlocks it. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal for direct APK downloads outside Google Play; confirm and proceed. On iOS, if the web app does not add to your home screen, open anakpion in Safari, tap Share, scroll to "Add to Home Screen," and confirm the name. If your home-screen icon does not open anakpion after the first install, clear your Safari cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data) and try adding it again.
Data protection, permissions, and account security
We at anakpion collect minimal permissions from your device—no access to your contacts, photos, or call logs. We ask for permission to send notifications so we can alert you about bonuses, cashback settlement, and account status; you can disable this in your phone's notification settings at any time. All data sent between your phone and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3. Your password, payment method details, and identity documents are stored in separate secure databases and never shared with third parties. Once your KYC is verified, your account is eligible for withdrawal; we do not hold or freeze funds without reason. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen—we will send a reset code to your registered email within minutes.
